The Cotswold Manor Estate – Lew (OX18 2BB)

Set in 70 acres of parkland, The Cotswold Manor Estate – Lew incorporates Manor Vineyard, Manor Cottage, Manor Barn, Manor Byre, Manor Grange, Manor House, Manor Lodge, Manor Hall and Manor Court – a superb venue for family celebrations, stag and hen parties and corporate events.

Each include a private garden with exclusive use of a hot-tub, picnic tables and BBQs. The properties uniquely designed and converted to ensure all guests can dine and socialise together.

Guests have shared use of the surrounding 70 acres of parkland and Games Barn which includes pool table, table tennis, air-hockey, table football and sports equipment.

The parkland has three wildlife ponds, streams, vineyard, orchard and a bluebell wood. Large, closely mown fields can be used for a number of activities including Zorbing, ‘Hen/Stag party Olympics’, archery, Laser clay pigeon shooting (laser not shot), personal trainers, ball sports, team building activities and more.

A perimeter walk is nearly 3 miles, and those interested in wildlife will be delighted to see Barn, Little and Tawny Owls, Buzzards, Sparrowhawk, Kestrels and Red Kites. The ponds are home to Ducks, Mute Swans, Cormorants, Coots, Moorhens, Herons, Woodpeckers, Egrets and spectacularly coloured Kingfishers.

Dogs are very welcome (surcharge applies) and we provide a ‘dog box’ with additional rough towels, doggy bags, food/water bowls and toys.

The Cotswold Manor Estate – Fordwells (OX29 9PR)

Set in 3 acres of AONB parkland, The Cotswold Manor Estate – Fordwells incorporates Manor Wychwood and independently located with exclusive use of a Games Barn, hot-tub and picnic tables – a superb venue for family celebrations, stag and hen parties and corporate events.

The parkland includes expansive and closely mown lawns suitable for a number of group activities (please enquire), numerous fruit trees, far reaching views down a Cotswold valley and opposite the renowned local Wychwood forestry. Adjacent is The Games Barn which includes pool table, table tennis, air-hockey, table football and sports equipment.

A central courtyard is enclosed with high stone-walling/fencing and scattered with outdoor seating. A secluded spot on way to the main entrance.

A well appointed rear courtyard is accessed from both the kitchen/dining room and double electric gates from the lane. Laid to both shingle and patio this area includes a hot-tub, large picnic table, BBQ and planters. Higher fencing is provided for privacy, and the electric gates can be positioned open to enjoy the Wychwood forestry opposite.

Those interested in wildlife will be delighted to see the neighbouring herd of Dexter cows, grazing sheep on valley side, Muntjac and Roe deer, nesting Red Kites, plus Buzzards and Barn Owl.
